Birthday Party Room Rental - 12:30pm to 2:00pm

Your Birthday at ScienceWorks includes:

• Access to a private party room for 1.5 hours

• All-day admission to the museum for 20 to 30 adult and children attendees in total (not including guests under 2 years of age)

• All personal items must be out of the rented room once your rental time has concluded. If you're interested in a longer birthday party please call the front desk during business hours at 541-482-6767 and we will gladly help you arrange a longer rental based on room availability. Party rentals can be extended for an additional two hours (the following 1.5-hour timeslot in addition to the half-hour transition time) at the same 1.5-hour price rate.

• We ask that birthday hosts and guests give ScienceWorks staff time to reset and sanitize the birthday room. We cannot accommodate early arrivals with room space before their designated time spot.

• Reservations cancelled at least 14 days before the party date will be eligible for a refund less the non-refundable $50 deposit. Parties cancelled within 14 days of the reserved date will not be refunded.

Birthday Party Time Slots: 

Saturday or Sunday: 10:30 am to 12:00 pm 
Saturday or Sunday: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm 
Saturday or Sunday: 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm 

Pricing:

1-20 guests: Non-Member Birthday parties: $195 - Membership Price: $170 
21-30 guests: Non-Member Birthday parties: $255 - Membership Price: $230 
All prices include a non-refundable $50 deposit. 

30 birthday attendees maximum. Children under 2 are free.
