Every second Friday of the month, we invite the community to hang out at the museum for a multigenerational evening of science, creativity, and fun. Enjoy a variety of beverages, including wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, while participating in a different hands-on activity or workshop each month. These social evenings are open to all ages, making them perfect for families, friends, and anyone curious about exploring the world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics)!

💘 Love in Bloom - February 14th, 6-8 PM!

Celebrate love in all its forms at ScienceWorks’ Love in Bloom STEAM Social! Whether it’s love for friends, family, community, or creativity, this special Valentine’s Day event invites everyone to join in a multigenerational evening of connection, hands-on fun, and artistry.

This month’s event features live music by Aidan Washburn, serenading attendees with timeless love songs. Let the melodies set the mood while you explore creative workshops perfect for sharing or savoring solo.

💌 Rubber Stamp Carving Workshop: Craft your own custom designs and add a personal touch to cards and gifts.
💐 STEAM Stationery Workshop: Using a vibrant collection of dried and fresh flowers, create beautiful floral collages on blank greeting cards to give or keep.
🎨 Paint & Sip with Sarah Cemetery: Back by popular demand, Sarah leads a relaxed painting session where you can unleash your inner artist.

$10 for Non-Members
$5 materials fee (all workshop participants)
Includes full access to the museum’s exhibits
